Margaux Grasso - workshop designer, workshop facilitator and founder of Wripple

Hi I’m Margaux, Founder of Wripple

I started out as a marine biologist, specialising in the diet of deep sea sharks. But what really lit me up was making complex ideas easy to understand, which led me into science communication, science journalism, and eventually digital marketing.

For over a decade, I led digital marketing inside small tech start-ups and medical consultancies. I was constantly juggling strategic planning with last minute requests from across the business, while also having to ‘market’ the value of marketing internally and bridge the disconnect between sales and marketing teams.

Over time, I realised I wanted to help other teams build the clarity, trust, and alignment that high-performing marketing teams need to succeed. So I built Wripple to help B2B marketing leaders in science and tech to take a step back and build a marketing team that is trusted, respected and strategic.

I’m also a certified facilitator, trained to read a room, navigate group dynamics, and design sessions that make space for honest conversations and surface what’s not being said.

My programmes are practical, collaborative, and designed to fix what’s getting in the way: misalignment with sales, a lack of internal credibility, and a strategy no one is acting on. I design the right mix of structure and openness to get the best out of every participant.

What people are saying

“Margaux's programme brought our staff team together so that we have a better sense of our shared goals. It highlighted the areas we need to actively work on together so we can meet those goals too.”

— Lisa Mcgerty, CEO, The Centre for Computing History, Cambridge

Margaux is technically astute and inquisitive, structured and extremely organised but also happy to flex and adapt to changing situations. She is relaxed and with a great sense of humour, but also comfortable ensuring that people put the work in, keep focus and contribute.”
