Sarah Mardle is Wripple’s coaching partner. She will work with you to bring the strategies, solutions, and the plans that we develop during the programmes to life.

Sarah has extensive experience in healthcare, from scaling start-ups to executive roles in multinational organisations. She empowers individuals and teams through tailored coaching.

She specialises in team dynamics, change management, and accountability coaching, helping you and your team turn strategy and plans into action.

How are the programmes structured?

The programmes are just the tip of the iceberg. Most of the work is done preparing for a programme and then documenting everything that happened in the session.

What happens before a programme?

We start with a focused call with the team leader to clarify your objectives and expectations. This is followed by short, one-on-one interviews with all the members of your team to uncover insights, needs, and team dynamics.

Every session is designed to meet your requirements, objectives and match your team’s dynamics.

What happens once the programme is over?

After the session, you’ll get everything you need to keep the momentum going: a report, a written summary and more. We’ll also have a handover call two to four weeks later to check in, answer any questions, and help you keep things on track. All programmes include follow-up sessions with Sarah, my coaching partner, to support you in putting plans into action.
