I help marketing teams in science and tech fix what's not working internally.

Workshop host facilitating a brainstorming session

Is your marketing department struggling to get the internal support it needs?

Is your marketing team feeling overwhelmed with changing demands from the business?

Are you finding it hard to
align with sales?

I’m Margaux and for ten years, I led digital marketing inside various tech start-ups and established medical consultancies. I’ve worked with leadership and sales teams that struggled to see the value of marketing. I delivered website redesigns while bridging gaps between teams that weren’t on the same page. I had to think strategically while balancing a never-ending and reactive to-do list.

Now I help
B2B marketing leaders in science and tech to take a step back and build a marketing department that is strategic, trusted by sales and leadership, and respected internally.

I offer structured and collaborative programmes designed specifically for marketing teams. Whether you need to rebuild credibility internally, re-establish trust with sales, create a marketing strategy that sales supports or help your team work more efficiently to drive more leads, my programmes will allow you to:

  • Get an overview of internal ‘blockers’

  • Come up with a focused plan of action

  • Learn methods to gain credibility inside the business

  • Make clear decisions, set priorities and decide on next steps

  • Gain shared accountability

  • Get stronger alignment across teams

Each programme is a one-off engagement, typically lasting one to one-and-a-half days with your full marketing team and the sales team where relevant. The sessions combine practical training, interactive exercises, and facilitated discussions. There are also optional follow-on sessions available.

“Margaux planned and executed the day perfectly and the activities were extremely well thought out and helpful to us. The day was so positive that we have much to build on. The real work starts after the session of course, but we are now armed with ideas and tools to help us move forward. Highly recommended!"

I’d love to work with you.
